In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools, supporting both the efficiency and reputation of our workshop.
Key Responsibilities n
n
- Perform detailed diagnostics and inspections across a wide range of vehicle makes and models
n
- Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment and software to identify and troubleshoot faults
n
- Carry out repairs and component replacements to manufacturer standards
n
- Prepare clear and accurate reports on all work completed
n
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers in a skilled and easy-to-understand manner
n
- Maintain a high level of workmanship, safety, and attention to detail
n
- Keep up-to-date with evolving automotive systems, diagnostic techniques, and emerging technologies
n
About You nn
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an automotive diagnostic or advanced technician role
n
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability, particularly with complex or intermittent faults
n
- Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and electronic vehicle systems
n
- Confident in using a variety of diagnostic scan tools, software programs, and test equipment
n
- High standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and pride in your work
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
