Job Description

Primrose Quality Care is seeking a Disability Support Worker - High Intensity in NSW. The role focuses on assisting NDIS participants with daily living, personal care, community access and goal attainment.

You will work with clients who have complex support needs, including physical, cognitive or mental health challenges, delivering person-centred care and documenting progress with accuracy. Training and development opportunities are available within a team-oriented team.
