Ambition Health Group in Newcastle is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to deliver person-centred care for clients with complex mental health and behavioural needs. You will work on a 24-hour roster, including day, afternoon, overnight and sleep-over shifts, to support independence and dignity in daily life.

Your responsibilities include personal care, daily living tasks, meal preparation, routine management, appointments and community access, as well as medication prompting and risk
