Job Description
Argo Coal Management's Ironbark No 1 mine in Queensland's Bowen Basin near Moranbah is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to own the administrative cycle on site, from drafting letters to chasing paperwork and updating systems.
You will partner with site leaders, apply HR practices, manage payroll, timesheets, recruitment and onboarding, with autonomy on site.
A tertiary HR qualification is desirable; relocation may be considered.
