We’re hiring: Finance Settlements & Administration Officer n

Equifund Financial Group is growing, and we’re looking for an organised, proactive and motivated person to join our Sydney team.

n
n

This is a hands-on role working closely with our finance brokers to help take commercial finance deals from approval through to settlement.

n
n

You’ll be involved in the day-to-day coordination of settlements, communicating with clients, lenders, dealerships and suppliers, collecting documentation, satisfying lender conditions and making sure deals keep moving.

nWhat you’ll be doing: n
n

n
n
- Managing approved finance applications through to settlement
n
n
- Liaising with clients, lenders, dealerships, suppliers and insurers
n
n
- Reviewing approvals and coordinating outstanding settlement conditions
n
n
- Preparing finance and settlement documentation
n
n
- Following up invoices, insurance, payout letters and supporting documents
n
n
- Keeping clients updated throughout the process
n
n
- Maintaining accurate records across our CRM and lender portals
n
n




- Supporting our brokers with finance administration and client enquiries
n
n
- Helping keep our settlement pipeline organised and moving efficiently
n
n

n
nWho we’re looking for: n
n

You’ll be highly organised, confident communicating over the phone and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.

n
n

Experience in asset finance, lending, banking, mortgage broking, settlements or finance administration would be highly regarded, but it’s not essential.

n
n

We’re also open to someone with a strong administration or professional services background who has the right attitude and wants to build a career in finance.

n
n
