Job Description

Far West NSW Local Health District – Broken Hill NSW is seeking a Palliative Care Registered Nurse to join the Specialist Community Palliative Care Team. You will provide patient-centred palliative care for people with advanced life-limiting illnesses, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across settings to optimise care.

This permanent full time role offers 5 weeks annual leave (pro-rata), salary packaging including remote area housing and meal entertainment, an allocated day off each
