Coates is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for our Power & HVAC team in Geelong.
You will support customers and operations, coordinating equipment hires, transport, servicing, breakdowns and enquiries to deliver the right solution on time.
You will work closely with customers, technicians, transport providers and internal teams, balancing priorities with a robust focus on safety and service quality, while driving efficiency across our processes.
