You'll review complex contracts, oversee regulatory obligations, governance, and cross-border matters, while advising on AFSL compliance and capital markets.

Reporting to the Head of Legal & Regulatory Affairs, you will lead with autonomy, drive commercial outcomes, and help shape the firm’s private wealth platform.
