What We're Looking For:
You are a technically robust, commercially minded Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with:
At least 5 years PAE in private practice (Associate or Senior Associate level)
A solid background in corporate and commercial law
In-depth knowledge of Australian corporate law and regulatory frameworks
Robust drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
A commercial mindset with a focus on relationship building and client service




The ability to provide strategic legal advice in fast-evolving industries
The Work You'll Do:
This role offers variety and challenge, with a strong focus on:
Mergers & acquisitions
Commercial contracts and corporate governance
Legal work in digital assets, fintech, and other emerging sectors
Drafting shareholder and share sale agreements, advising on corporate structuring, and delivering strategic counsel under the Corporations Act
You'll work alongside industry-respected Partners and senior lawyers, contributing to high-value matters while continuing to sharpen your expertise.
