Job Description
Southern Cross Community Healthcare – Bracken Ridge QLD is seeking caring individuals to support elderly clients to remain living independently at home, helping with daily activities such as domestic tasks and personal care.
You will be trained and supported by qualified healthcare specialists, with duties including meal preparation, medication prompting, appointments, and reporting.
A variety of short shifts (2 hours) are available Mon-Fri.
