Job Description
Australian Unity in Melbourne is seeking a Health Concierge – Customer Support to be the first contact for customers on their aged care journey.
You will handle high-volume inbound enquiries, resolve issues with care and scheduling, and document interactions accurately using our CRM systems.
This full time, hybrid role offers 3 days in the office and 2 from home after a 6-month probation, with a focus on empathy, transparent communication and delivering First Call Resolution wherever possible.
