St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) in Palliative Care, on a permanent part time basis (32 hours per week).
The ANUM will lead and mentor the nursing team, support bed management and daily ward operations, and work under the NUM to promote a positive team culture and protected setting.
Experience in Specialist Palliative Care nursing (3+ years) and current AHPRA registration are required, along with strong communication and change-management skills.
