Penrith City Council is seeking a Resource Recovery Manager to lead procurement and management of waste services and consultancy contracts.
You will shape policy, strategy and community-facing services to support a sustainable city.
You will lead complex procurements, strengthen governance and manage budgets, delivering reliable, compliant services and solid stakeholder relationships.
This is a senior, impact‐driven role with a cooperative team.
