Confidant Partners Pty Ltd in Sydney CBD seeks a Lawyer/Company Secretarial Support to deliver corporate legal, company secretarial and governance services across a portfolio of VC-backed, pre-IPO and ASX listed clients.

You will assist senior lawyers, draft and review ASX documentation, manage board materials, and lodge ASIC/ASX forms, gaining exposure to capital raises, M&A; and governance matters in a rapid-growing practice.
