Palmer & Cois currently seeking ambitious and passionate hospitality professionals to join our Bar Team.
Operating six nights a week, Palmer & Co is a high-volume cocktail bar renowned for exceptional guest experiences, world-class cocktails, and some of the best live jazz, swing, and blues music in Sydney.
We are looking forBartenderswho genuinely love hospitality and take pride in creating memorable moments for every guest.
Ideally you have
Minimum 3 years' experience bartending, with good cocktail knowledge
A strong understanding of different types of spirits.
A passion for genuine guest experience and making moments for guests.
Ability to work on a rotating roster, including late nights and weekends.
Robust attention to detail skills, no detail is too small.
Worked in quick paced, high volume settings.




Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional service standards
A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol.
