About the Role

Building Future Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations and support technical and manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate engineering activities and projects.

- Manage engineering resources, personnel and project requirements.

- Review engineering designs, drawings, specifications and technical documentation.

- Develop engineering solutions and improve manufacturing processes.

- Monitor project timelines, quality, costs and technical standards.

- Provide technical leadership and support to engineering and production teams.

- Ensure compliance with relevant engineering,



safety and regulatory requirements.

- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders.

- Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions.

- Drive continuous improvement and engineering efficiency.

Skills & Experience

- Relevant Engineering qualification .

- Demonstrated experience in engineering management or a senior engineering role.

- Strong project management and technical problem-solving skills.

- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments highly regarded.

- Robust communication, leadership and organisational skills.
