Endeavour Group Careers is seeking a Safety, Health & Wellbeing Lead (ALH Hotels) to drive safety and wellbeing across Queensland. You will support state operations, embed safety into daily retail and hospitality activities, and lead investigations to prevent incidents.

You will partner with managers, champion wellness initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of care and continuous improvement.
