Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to patients requiring haemodialysis treatment in a regional healthcare setting
n
- Independently manage and monitor dialysis treatments using Fresenius 5008 / 5008S machines
n
- Assess, monitor and respond to patient conditions before, during and after dialysis sessions
n
- Work collaboratively with nephrologists, nursing colleagues and multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes
n
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding renal disease management and dialysis care
n
- Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety and best-practice dialysis services
n
- Access visa sponsorship opportunities for eligible international candidates

Skills and Experience

n

Essential

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Minimum 3-5 years post-graduate nursing experience
n
- Demonstrated competency operating Fresenius 5008 / 5008S dialysis machines
n
- Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
n
- Excellent communication and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
n




- Ability to work autonomously and confidently within a regional healthcare workplace
n
