Job Description

Able Mentor Services is seeking an experienced Senior Support Worker to lead across three SIL homes in Coopers Plains and Wellington Point. This casual role involves hands-on shifts in all houses, setting the standard for how they run and coordinating with the Director and coordinators.

You will support people with disabilities, implement plans, help manage medications, and ensure consistent care across the trio of homes.
