Job Description
Simaru True Care in Adelaide, SA, seeks a Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurse to deliver specialised clinical care to participants with complex wound, ostomy and continence needs in home and community settings.
You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop evidence-based care plans, monitor healing, educate participants and families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to uphold person-centred care and regulatory standards.
RN with current registration required.
