Job Description

This role will include an initial two-week full-time training period (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm), to support the completion of mandatory training and onboarding requirements.

Key responsibilities n

n
- You’ll liaise extensively with our clients comprising of children and adults, some with complex needs, as well as clients with multicultural & Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds.
n
- You’ll perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting.
n
- You’ll assist Clinicians with the provision of clinical services by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice and demonstrating the use of hearing aids.
n
- As a Client Service Specialist, you’ll support and empower clients of all backgrounds.
