OTE $105,000 package - FMCV Company Vehicle - tools of the trade

What You'll Be Doing

n

Selling a full range of flooring products including carpet, vinyl, hybrid, engineered and timber flooring

n

Assisting customers in-store and managing enquiries from quote to close

n

Preparing quotes and following up to convert opportunities

n

Working closely with operations to ensure smooth job delivery

n

Building repeat business and referral relationships

n

on site measuring

n

What We're Looking For

n

Proven sales experience (flooring or building products preferred)

n

Minimum 2 years of sales experience required

n

Strong communication and customer service skills

n

Confident closer with a proactive follow-up mindset

n

Well presented, reliable and professional

n

Comfortable working with targets and KPIs

n

Full work rights in Australia
