As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a major ERP transformation across Australia and New Zealand.

n

n

Working alongside senior leaders and workstream owners, you will drive planning, governance and delivery activities across a complex program. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, keep stakeholders aligned, ensure commitments are followed through and help maintain momentum across multiple moving priorities.

n

n

This is an opportunity to take ownership, influence outcomes and develop your project management capability within one of the largest transformation programs in the business.

Please note, this role will be offered as a fixed term contract until May 2027.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n

n
- Partner with workstream leads to drive delivery plans, milestones and project outcomes.
n
- Own reporting, governance, RAID management and delivery artefacts across assigned workstreams.
n
- Facilitate program forums, workshops and stakeholder meetings to support decision making and delivery progress.
n
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies and issues, driving actions through to resolution.
n
- Provide explicit delivery insights and recommendations to support informed project decisions.
n




- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to maintain alignment and execution.
n

About You

n

n

n
- 3 to 5 years' experience working in project, transformation or technology delivery environments.
n
- Exposure to ERP, systems implementation, data migration or related project activities.
n
- Strong project management experience, including planning, reporting, governance and risk management.
n
- Confident engaging with stakeholders and following actions through to completion.
n
- Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable managing competing priorities.
n
- A proactive self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and driving outcomes in a fast paced environment.
