Little Zak's Academy in Plumpton, NSW is seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead a busy 80-place service. You will own the centre's performance, build a high-performing team, drive occupancy and manage budgets while maintaining EYLF/NQS compliance.
You will partner with families and local community and report as Nominated Supervisor with strong leadership support. We offer a salary well above award (up to AU$120,000) plus super, a four-week induction, wellbeing advantages and opportunities
