About the Role: n

We are seeking a motivated, organised, and goal-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales operations. This role offers a balanced mix of proactive lead generation, campaign preparation, client relationship management, and administrative compliance.

Working closely with our lead agents, you will gain hands‑on experience across every stage of the sales pipeline from initial appraisal preparation right through to settlement.

Key Responsibilities: n

- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Drive new business through outbound calls, SMS campaigns, email outreach, letterbox drops, and door knocking.
n
- Buyer and Client Engagement: Conduct buyer appointments, assist with open homes, manage property enquiries, and handle post‑inspection follow‑ups.
n
- Listing and Appraisal Strategy: Assist in preparing listing presentations, comparative market analyses,



and campaign strategies.
n
- Vendor Reporting: Build strong relationships with vendors, providing regular updates and market feedback throughout the sales campaign.
n
- Operations and Compliance Support: Manage listing compliance documentation, update CRM records, handle sales paperwork, and ensure seamless administration.

About You: n

Driven, resilient, and highly motivated to build a successful career in real estate sales.

Confident communicator with high energy and professional presentation.

n

Comfortable speaking with people on the phone and eager to connect with potential buyers and sellers.

n

Highly organised with strong attention to detail for handling property compliance.

n

A current NSW Certificate of Registration, or willingness to obtain one.

n

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
