Western Health is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing and Midwifery (ADONM) to lead the Nursing and Midwifery Workforce Unit at Williamstown Hospital. The role is full time, fixed term until 30 August 2027, 40 hours per week with an Accrued Day Off (ADO) and some flexible hours.

Ideal candidates will hold current AHPRA RN/Midwifery registration and have senior leadership experience, strong change management skills and a demonstrated ability to deliver safe, patient-centred care
