Sales Support/Junior Account Manager

Your New Role
In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Working closely with sales staff and senior management, you will provide essential administrative support across multiple functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting sales staff with phone orders and entering them into the system
Responding to customer enquiries relating to products and accounts
Providing PA and administrative support to Senior Managers
Visiting customers and learning about their needs
Accurate and timely data entry
Supporting general office operations as needed

To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will also have:
Solid attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Driving license and own car to visit clients
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach
