An experienced Senior Payroll Officer is required to join a well-established organisation based in Perth. This role will suit a payroll professional who enjoys working in a structured setting and takes ownership of accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing.
You will play a key role in managing end-to-end payroll activities while supporting the wider finance and HR teams.
Your new role
End-to-end processing of payroll in a timely and accurate manner
Ensuring compliance with relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and legislation
Be the first point of contact for the Payroll Officers in the team.
Managing payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders
Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data
Processing leave, superannuation, PAYG, and payroll adjustments
Supporting payroll reporting and reconciliations
What you'll need to succeed




Proven experience in a senior payroll position
Robust knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and statutory requirements
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
Confident communication skills and a team-oriented working style
