Your new role
A highly prestigious educational organisation in Southeastern Melbourne is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for processing the monthly and fortnightly end-to-end payroll, assisting with payroll system improvements, and lead a payroll system implementation in the coming months. You'll be joining a respected organisation with a well-established, highly regarded finance team.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in payroll processing for 500+ individuals.
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics payroll or other enterprise payroll solutions.
Experience in Payroll system configuration, onboarding of current systems, or upgrades.
High level of attention to detail,



accuracy and ability to work with confidential information.
Experienced in system implementation or data management.
Solid Payroll legislation, payroll taxation, superannuation, awards and compliance framework understanding.
Strong computer literacy, especially in spreadsheets, databases and payroll software.
A current working with Children check
Relevant Payroll, HR, Finance, Accounting or Business qualification preferred.
