Job Description
Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure production targets are met.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
Supervise and support team members to achieve effective operations.
Monitor and optimise production processes for efficiency and quality.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Maintain accurate records and reports on site performance and activities.
Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Site Manager should have:
Proven experience in site or operations management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Solid knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Proficiency in monitoring and improving operational processes.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders.
