Lulamon Projects in Cardiff with projects across the Newcastle NSW region is seeking a Residential Project Construction Manager to lead quality home builds. This hybrid role blends construction management with operational support, reporting to the Director and coordinating the office and site teams.

You will drive project delivery, budgeting, scheduling, procurement and stakeholder collaboration across multiple residential projects, with emphasis on safety and quality control.
