Balance Recruitment is sourcing an IT Support Officer for a Brookvale-based organisation. The role mixes 1st and 2nd line support, focusing on password issues, connectivity, hardware and cybersecurity within a Windows-centric workplace using Active Directory and Microsoft 365, with some Mac work.

The ideal candidate will have commercial tech support experience, relevant IT certifications, and a customer-centric approach, and be available to work onsite five days a week.
