Our team consists of only experienced and long-term consultants with average tenure well over 5 years.

We are looking for a star player to join our Newcastle team. This role is work-from-home with office/team visits. Full or part time (e.g. 4 days/wk or 9 day fortnight) available.

You will need:

to be highly experienced in workplace rehabilitation
n
to have a robust reputation for high-quality service delivery, professionalism and integrity
n
to be reliable, accountable and commercially aware
n
to be trusted by colleagues, clients and customers
n
to be able to build strong stakeholder relationships and generate repeat business
n
to be able to work independently and autonomously
n

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
manage a senior caseload including complex return to work cases
n
deliver high quality injury management and return-to-work services
n
develop robust client relationships and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships
n
support colleagues through peer reviews and mentoring
n
conduct cooperative case reviews with key clients
n




participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and service delivery
n
degree qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Exercise Physiology or Rehabilitation Counselling with current relevant registration (AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC)
n
demonstrated success in managing complex workplace rehabilitation cases within the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme and/or other personal injury schemes
n
high attention to detail to support quality activities
n
ability to build trust quickly with injured workers, employers, insurers and colleagues
n
flexibility, adaptability and ability to work autonomously
n
full and current NSW Driver's Licence and satisfactory Police Check
n
