Job Description
Bupa is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator for Barrabool Belmont, Victoria to lead a vibrant resident-led lifestyle program.
You will create meaningful engagement, manage 1:1 and group activities, and mentor the Wellbeing Carer team to deliver hospitable daily living experiences.
The role involves planning, documentation, and collaborating with care leadership to ensure activities meet residents' goals and preferences in a dementia-aware setting.
