Design high -level technical solutions that are reliable, stable, and operationally sound.
Establish and maintain standards and processes for developing quality, maintainable applications.
Ensure solution designs align with domain and project architectures.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, architects, and engineers to clarify requirements and develop solutions.
Present solution designs through governance forums to obtain necessary endorsements.
Investigate and recommend improvement opportunities within domain areas.
Provide cost estimates and assess risks to support business decision -making.
Experience working in agile environments with cross -functional teams.




Robust communication skills to convey technical concepts to non -technical stakeholders.
Proven problem -solving and decision -making abilities.
Leadership experience guiding teams to achieve project goals.
8+ years of experience in IBM Filenet development and solution design.
Experience with CI/CD toolsets such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Artifactory.
Understanding of WebSphere and DB2 settings.
Familiarity with Filenet on containers is an advantage.
Prior experience with IBM Case Manager, BPM, or BAW is beneficial.
Solid understanding of API integration (REST, GraphQL) in large enterprise contexts.
Proficiency in JavaScript and Java.
