The Opportunity n
As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of day-to-day workplace operations, ensuring facilities services are delivered efficiently and seamlessly.
n
Working closely with the client, contractors and internal teams, you'll coordinate maintenance activities, support compliance programs, manage service requests, and help create an outstanding workplace experience.
n
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building, problem solving and working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn.
What You'll Be Doing n
n
- Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance activities
n
- Manage reactive and planned maintenance requests, ensuring service levels and KPIs are achieved
n
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, contractors and service providers
n
- Coordinate contractor onboarding, inductions and compliance requirements
n
- Support preventative maintenance programs and asset management activities
n
- Track and manage work orders through to completion
n
- Assist with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) reporting, audits and inspections
n
- Support operational and capital expenditure (Opex and Capex) planning and budgeting activities
n
- Prepare reports, performance metrics and client communications
n
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workplace experience
n
- Assist in delivering a safe, compliant and highly functioning workplace environment
n
What We're Looking For nn
- Previous experience in Facilities Coordination, Workplace Experience, Property Administration, Maintenance Coordination or a similar role
n
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
n
- Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
n
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
n
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach to work
n
- Ability to build effective relationships at all levels
n
- Experience within facilities management, property, corporate workplaces or technology environments will be highly regarded
n
