Key Responsibilities

n

The F&B; Supervisor leads the day-to-day operation of the hotel's food and beverage outlets — restaurant, bar, room service and/or events — ensuring guests receive consistently excellent service while the team operates efficiently, safely, and profitably. This is a hands-on leadership role: supervising rostered shifts, coaching casual and permanent staff, and stepping in on the floor during service.

- Previous experience in a F&B; supervisor role or similar working in hotels, bars or restaurants.
n




- Experience managing and training teams, driver a strong team culture and driving a great guest experience.
n
- Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided).
n
- Warm, friendly and approachable manor.
n
- Great communication skills, flexibility and approachable.
n
- Be able to anticipate the guests need and be adaptable.
n
- Promote the venue and brand, maintain strong product knowledge, assist with training, supervision, and role allocation as required.

- Ideally previous experience working in a supervisor role in events, hotels or hospitality venues.

- Experience managing guest expectations and supporting the food & beverage service.
