Occupational Therapist | Choose Your Speciality

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 + super
n Location: Wollongong, Illawarra, Shellharbour & surrounding areas
n Work type: Part‐time to start, with opportunity to build to full‐time
n Caseload: Choose paediatrics, adults, aged care, clinic or community

Our client is a growing allied health provider in the Wollongong/Illawarra region, currently expanding their Occupational Therapy team.

n

- $80,000 – $120,000 + super, depending on experience
n
- Part‐time role (3 days) with chance to increase to full‐time
n
- Non‐rigid KPI expectations, with report writing included
n
- Admin support for bookings, invoicing and client coordination
n
- Support from experienced OTs and nurses already on board
n
- Access to office space, clinical rooms, training rooms and work vehicles
n
- Supportive owner and leadership team

- Paediatric space, including 3 therapy rooms with a sensory jungle gym

The role is not KPI‐heavy, with a strong focus on quality care, flexibility and building the right team slowly.

About the Role





n

You will support a developing caseload across the Wollongong and Illawarra region, with referrals already coming through.
n The role will be a mix of community‐based work, client homes, office‐based sessions and clinical intervention where required.

n

There is flexibility to tailor the caseload around your interests, including paediatrics, adolescents, adults, aged care, home modifications, AT tech and community‐based therapy.

n

About You

n

n
- Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
n
- Ideally 2–3+ years of experience
n
- Experience within mixed caseloads is highly desired
n
- Comfortable working independently in the community
n
- Strong communication and report‐writing skills
n
- Current driver's licence
n

n
