Job Description

Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to lead the Reservations function and shape the guest journey from first enquiry to arrival. You will drive revenue, maximise conversion and coach a high‑performing team in a luxury setting.

Reporting to the Director of Revenue, you will ensure accuracy, professionalism and a personalised service mindset across all reservation types, collaborating across departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
