Transport for NSW, through Sydney Trains, is seeking a Manager Fare Compliance Operations and Planning to lead deployment strategies, performance management and workforce capability initiatives to maximise compliance and protect revenue.
You will develop revenue protection programs, drive business improvements and build strong relationships across the Transport Cluster to support operational objectives and customer outcomes. This is an in office, permanent role based in Redfern, NSW.
