Position Description n

This leading corporate practice is looking for talented corporate lawyers who have gained exposure to corporate transactions — M&A;, private equity and/or ECM.

n

You will report into and be supervised by some of Australia's leading corporate practitioners whilst having exposure to the wider group.

n





On offer is the opportunity to work on IPOs, placements and rights issues for companies and managed funds, in addition to corporate mergers, acquisitions and disposals, and related due diligence.

Requirements n

You will have between 1 to 7 years' experience in corporate law from a notable practice in Australia or another English speaking jurisdiction.
