About the Role n

As Site Manager,



you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of a high-profile heritage landscape, ensuring exceptional horticultural standards are maintained across all aspects of the site.

n

You'll provide leadership, planning and technical horticultural expertise while maintaining the presentation and integrity of a unique and historically significant environment.

n

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and coordinating daily horticultural maintenance programs
n
- Maintaining exceptional garden presentation standards
n
- Planning seasonal horticultural activities and improvement works
n
- Managing plant health, irrigation, pruning and landscape renewal programs
n
- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification
n
- Building positive relationships with key stakeholders
n
- Driving continuous improvement across the site
n

About You nn
- Certificate III in Horticulture (or higher)
n
- Strong horticultural knowledge across gardens, landscapes or estates
n
- Experience within parks, gardens, open space, estate management or prestige landscape environments
n
- Passion for heritage gardens, landscape presentation and horticultural excellence
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- Current Driver Licence
n
- Skilled, proactive and hands-on approach
n
