Functional Technical Business Analyst

This is a customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of business, technology, and vendors.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into functional and non-functional requirements, assess technical designs, and ensure high-quality delivery into production.

Key Skills & Responsibilities
Solid capabilities across Functional Specifications & Non-Functional Requirements
Highly developed skills in facilitating requirements gathering activities (e.g. workshops), analysis and the ability to extract requirements from both business and users
Proven experience working within complex application landscapes supporting core business functions.
Partner with the IT business engagement team to scope, define, and prioritise application enhancements.
Excellent Excel and SQL skills.




Understand technical design and assess impacts of current technologies on existing applications and services.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret customer business needs and translate into functional and technical requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management skills
