We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who enjoys finding prospects,



building relationships and turning conversations into new business.

Civica is in the middle of real change.

We’re not perfect and there is plenty still to do, but as a PE-backed business we’re investing in our products and growth.

That creates a genuine chance to have a say, challenge how things are done and help build something better.

You’ll create quality pipeline, qualify opportunities and keep deals moving by opening doors and building trusted relationships with senior customers.

You don’t need public sector or technology experience, but you do need a solid sales track record, commercial discipline and the ability to learn quickly.

This role is based in Brisbane, with an expectation that you’ll work from the office at least two days each week.

You’ll also have a structured onboarding program, supported by our Sales Enablement team, to help you understand our products, customers and sales approach.
