Job Description

As a Contact Centre Representative, you’ll be an important first point of contact for our patients and practices.

You’ll use your dental knowledge and customer service skills to provide helpful, skilled and efficient support.

Your responsibilities will include:
Manage patient inquiries, appointments, and records across phone, email, and online platforms.
Assist with insurance queries, payment options, and general service information.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure transparent communication and quality care.
Address patient complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications
Previous experience working in a dental practice essential.
Previous experience in a Call Centre setting is advantageous.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, friendly manner.
Good computer literacy, including the ability to manage scheduling software and databases.




Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple communication channels.
