Merivale in Sydney is seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join our venues on a full-time basis as Sommeliers, Wait Staff, or Hosts. You will engage with guests, learn the food and beverage menus, take orders and deliver outstanding service across a range of venues.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in hospitality, experience with POS systems, and a proven ability to work in rapid-paced environments while coordinating with kitchen and bar teams.
