City of Gosnells is seeking a motivated Building Surveyor to join our Building Services team at the Civic Centre. The role is part time (34 hours per fortnight) on a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2027, with pro rata salary levels 5–7 and superannuation.
You will assess applications, provide reports, and offer technical guidance to stakeholders. The position offers onsite parking, an onsite gym, five weeks annual leave (pro rata), and health and wellness benefits.
