Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team and help convert travel dreams into unforgettable experiences.
About the Role
As a Travel Consultant, you will work with warm leads and existing customers to create and book memorable travel experiences. From cruises and escorted tours to bespoke international holidays, you'll guide clients through every step of their journey while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings
- Design and book domestic and international travel arrangements
- Sell cruises, tours, flights, accommodation, rail journeys and travel insurance
- Provide expert travel advice tailored to the needs of mature travellers
- Follow up quotes and opportunities to maximise conversion
- Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat business
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records
- Achieve individual sales and service targets
About You
- Previous experience as a Travel Consultant
- Strong knowledge of cruises, tours and international travel
- Proven sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for helping people create meaningful travel experiences
