We’re working with a growing boutique accounting firm in Geelong seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join their team.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone looking to step into greater responsibility, work closely with the Director and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

The Role: n

- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
n
- Provide accounting, taxation and business advisory services.
n
- Review financial statements and tax returns.
n
- Lead and mentor a small team.
n
- Assist with tax planning, structuring and commercial advice.
n
- Work closely with the Director on practice growth and strategy.
n

About You: nn
- 10+ years’ Australian Public Practice experience.
n
- CA or CPA qualified.
n




- Solid technical accounting and taxation knowledge.
n
- Confident managing clients and people.
n
- Commercially minded with solid communication skills.
n
- Interested in a pathway towards senior leadership or partnership.
n
