Casual Cleaner – Reliable, Friendly & Gets the Job Done!

Blayney Shire Council is looking for acasual cleaner who takes pride in their work and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done right.

n

This casual role offers approximately 15 hours per week, requiring flexibility for additional hours when covering staff on leave.

n

The work is completed outside of general office hours and will be carried out in the morning, making it a great fit for someone looking for work around other commitments.

What You'll Be Doing

n

General cleaning of facilities and shared spaces

n

n
- Set up facilities for functions, conferences and meetings
n

n

Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces

n

Maintaining bathrooms and kitchen areas

n

Ensuring spaces are clean, tidy and welcoming

n

Stepping in to help cover shifts when other team members are on leave

n

n
- Physically fit and able to undertake physical labour
n

n

Ability to work independently and manage your time

n

Great attention to detail

n

n
- Proactive approach to recognising what tasks need to be done
n

n

Flexibility to pick up extra hours when needed

n

Experienced in cleaning procedures and the use of cleaning products

n
